Description

Small figure with halo and arms outstretched, hands gesturing upward. Robe is painted blue, halo yellow, and skin tan.

Accrual Method

Collection was gifted to the Danforth in 2006. Unfortunately they sat uncatalogued for close to 10 years. It took until an IMLS grant awarded in 2015 through 2016 for this collection to be catalogued and put into the collections database. - Rachel 2021

Condition

Fair: Piece is cracked around the neck; left facing hand has chips and armature showing and hairline crack at shoulder. Right facing hand is cracked at wrist. Piece broken at knees all the way around with a large chip in the back.
