The author of the article describes the Arabs as though they do not understand American culture at all and references Arabic culture view them negatively. The author states that “the sun of the desert will not be lonesome in the Windy City” and that the Arabs will be “cavorting around with his sandbag couchant acquiring wealth as rapidly as he can find victims to acquire it from.”
