Abstract
Sharon Christa McAuliffe, chosen to fly aboard the space shuttle Challenger for STS-51L from among ten finalists in the Teacher in Space Project, appears to be enjoying her first taste of space food. The orientation session took place in the Johnson Space Center's (JSC) life sciences laboratory.
