Enough To Make Liberty Climb Down and Spank the Administration A political cartoon of Lady Liberty (the Statue of Liberty) spanking President Benjamin Harrison. Though this cartoon can be interpreted in a variety of ways, I believe it is a pro-Democratic cartoon that demonstrates how Lady Liberty provides justice for newly arrived immigrants.
