Alternatives: I am not aware of any alternatives to this project, due to the fact it compiles numerous other projects.
Get Started: One should learn prior knowledge on the history of the slave trade was, what the major countries in the world are, and various literary and historical events/persons.
Accessibility: The resources are very visual. They are exploratory maps often with limited text.
