Description: In this journal from Louisa we follow her everyday life and the people and things she sees from 1858 to 1865. Most of these journal entries are just her jotting down her current thoughts. In one of the journal entries you can see her be quite indifferent to a sentence being said about " mere morality" she said she finds it confusing and that she found something to do with this mere morality to be a dangerous possession. Louisa writes whatever she finds to be interesting or raising a question within her morals or within her mind. In this journal she either combats what was mentioned throughout the day but she could not say it out loud or she agrees in silence but explains it in the journal.

Medium: This Journal has seen better days. It is being held together by a white cotton ribbon tied in a bow. This is because the binding is no longer attached to the pages. the front cover is faded in color and a dingy brownish yellow color. While the pages are frail and quite stained in a yellowish aged color.The book covers are about 8 inches by 7 inches.
